Typically, a 20% deposit is required at the time of confirmation to secure your future booking, with the remaining balance to be paid prior to the date of delivery or customer collection. This is subject to change depending on what you are hiring.
In the event of a cancellation made by the customer, we require at least one month's (30 days’) notice from the event date for a refund of deposit to be made. If the cancellation is made within one month (30 days’) of the event date, it is at Levin Party Hire's discretion whether a refund of deposit is given or not - a partial fee, or entire deposit may be taken.
All equipment must be returned clean/rinsed/wiped down (excludes marquees and toilets). There will be a charge for dirty returns.
These charges differ depending on the item. Please speak to one of the Levin Party Hire staff members directly for specific replacement costs.
Our Electron Marquees are structured with one or more centerpoles, they must be installed on a grass surface with the use of pegs and require a clear area of 1.5 meters each side of the marquee for guy ropes and pegs, while our Clipframe Marquees are centerpole free, they can be installed on grass or hard surfaces (with the use of concrete weights to secure the marquee) and require a clear area of half a meter on each side of the marquee for guy ropes and pegs/weights.
Yes! We have two smaller options in our Electron Marquee range which customers can install themselves. Please speak to one of the Levin Party Hire staff members directly to enquire about these marquees.
No, we do not stock gazebos.

Yes! We can deliver and pick up your equipment if you are unable to do so. Travel charges are dependent on your location.
Yes! We are open to the public Monday to Friday 9:00am-4:00pm, and Saturdays by appointment. Located at 21 Prouse St Levin, up the road from Mitre 10 Mega.
